PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. On completion of this booking, you will be agreeing to follow these terms. 1. PRE-BOOKING ONLY Online booking is essential. Participants must pre-book their class space prior to the event. We will be unable to accommodate drop-in attendances. Bookings will only be taken on acceptance of our terms and conditions along with a declaration of understanding that sessions must not be attended if they or anyone within their household are displaying COVID-19 symptoms or are known to have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 2. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT Pre-payment is required at the time of booking through bank transfer. Places will only be guaranteed once payment has been received. Please make payment via bank account (using your child's name as the reference) to the following account: Mrs Chantelle Riddle Account no - 11039460 Sort code - 110639 Merchandise can be purchased at class and card payments are accepted. Alternatively, merchandise can be ordered and paid for by bank transfer prior to collection/delivery. 3. LIMITED CLASS SPACES Class sizes will be restricted in line with government guidelines or following the guidelines from the class venue. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a sibling discount at this time due to restrictions in numbers. 4. CANCELLATION BY MOO MUSIC If a class is cancelled by Moo Music due to illness, adverse weather, venue problems etc, we will endeavour to arrange a replacement session - if this is not possible you will be credited with a class. 5. NON ATTENDANCE BY CUSTOMER Due to current restrictions on numbers it will not be possible to attend a different class/venue. Moo Music is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend your pre-booked class. 6. HEALTH Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household is suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19. These symptoms include, but are not limited to a high temperature, a new and continuous cough and a loss or change to sense of smell and/or taste. On the class booking form, customers should indicate if they fall into the vulnerable category or are pregnant. Please also make your class leader aware of this upon your arrival at class. Hand sanitiser will be available at all times for the use prior, during and after the session. Staff will refrain from contact with adults and children. Class leader will wash hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water before and after every session and hand sanitiser will be use as appropriate. We will adhere to the ‘catch it, kill it, bin it approach’ and tissues will be made available at all sessions. 7. SOCIAL DISTANCING All adults will be required to maintain social distance. Clear markers will indicate where adults supervising their children should sit to ensure social distancing. This may vary from venue to venue due to size and space available but adults must ensure that they comply with the seating arrangements. Children are not required to social distance from each other. Some venues will have one-way systems in place and we would ask that you adhere to this. Please move away from the class area promptly at the end of the class to allow time for cleaning and refrain from interacting with other households. If you arrive early for class, please do not take a place until the class leader indicates for you to do so. We would ask that you do not arrive more than five minutes before your allocated class start time to allow us to clean and ventilate the space. It will also allow us to minimise contact between the ‘bubbles’ that will have been formed by the class booking system. Appropriate time will be left between sessions to allow attendees to completely clear the premises before the next session attendees arrive. We would ask that you support us in this as indicated above. You are welcome to wear face coverings and gloves to class if you wish but it is not mandatory. We would ask that you wear a mask when arriving and leaving as well as if you go to the toilet at the venue. 8. CLASS RESOURCES & PROPS Families will be provided with a Moo Music Prop Bag upon arrival at class. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure that they only use their own equipment provided in the bag. Sharing of props and resources will be discouraged and any activities that would involve this have been removed from the planning. At the end of the class, please place all your equipment back in your bag and return to the allocated tub at the front of the class so that everything can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. These props will not be used for the rest of the week until deep cleaned. Mats will be replaced with new ones after each session to allow for a deep clean. Baby mats will be machine washed following every session but we would suggest that you bring your own baby blanket to place over the mat. 9. SUPERVISION Please ensure that you supervise your children during the session – they love it when you join in! The structure of the class is going to be very different as we will not be able to move as freely as previously so we would ask that you engage fully in all the activities with your child during the 30 minute session. Food must not be consumed during the class as we need to be considerate of allergies and the choking hazards for younger children in the class. It also adds to our already extensive cleaning regime. Adults must not bring hot drinks to the class and please ensure you take responsibility for yours and your child’s own cold drinks to avoid spillages and to prevent another child drinking from them. 10. ADULT TO CHILD RATIO We will operate a strict 1:1 adult to child ratio. Additional adults will not be able to observe classes and it will no longer be possible to allow older siblings to attend classes, if for example, they have a school INSET day. (Younger siblings ages four months and under will be able to attend for free provided they are seated, when possible, in a baby carrier ensuring maintained supervision for the older sibling). 11.CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE PRACTICES Moo Music has always placed great importance on cleanliness and hygiene but our cleaning regime will be even more rigorous in the light of COVID-19, but we ask for you support in this. Please ensure you let us know if anything is accidently soiled during class so it can be dealt with – we know little ones can sometimes be a little bit sick or have a nappy leakage and that’s ok – we will be able to sort the problem but we need to know about it. Please ensure there is no sharing of the resources you are provided with and return the used props inside the bag at the end of the class. We ask that you only take the one required prop out of your bag at a time for each song. Please remove shoes (adults and children) before taking your place on the mats – this is really essential to helping us keep a safe and clean environment for our little ones. In line with our intense cleaning regime, we will no longer be providing a matted area in the middle of the class circle. We therefore recommend you provide your little ones with grip socks to avoid slipping (especially during bubble use). All frequently touched surfaces at each venue including (but not limited to) floor mats, door handles, and changing facilities will be wiped down using detergent at the end of each session. We would ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival and as you leave – you may use our hand sanitisers or are welcome to use your own. 12.TOILETS AND HAND WASHING FACILITIES These will vary from venue to venue so please adhere to their policies with regards to use of facilities and disposal of nappies/waste. We would advise that adults wear a mask when using the toilet facilities at our venues. 13. FIRST AID/EMERGENCIES PPE will be available to administer or support with First Aid but parents and carers are reminded they must supervise their child for safety purposes. 14.TRACK AND TRACE Families are required to provide up to date contact details at the point of booking. Should contact tracing be needed, these details will be used, and all customers will be required to agree to this use of their data. Anyone who tests positive should alert the class leader via or 07841 939722 so that the track and trace process can be started as soon as possible. 15. MANAGEMENT OF CONFIRMED CASES OF COVID-19 The class leader will liaise with Public Health England and adhere to any advice on actions that should be taken by the local health protection team. A record will be kept of class participants and parents/carers in each of the classes. 16.PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF A LOCAL/NATIONAL LOCKDOWN OR GOVERNMENT REATRICTIONS THAT REQUIRE OUR CLASSES TO STOP In the event that we need to stop classes due to local or national guidance, classes will move online. We will not be able to offer refunds or class credits in this instance.
