Hello, I'm Kate and I run Moo Music in and around Farnham and Aldershot. I have been working professionally with babies and children for over 20 years. I have a BTEC National Diploma in childhood studies, am Montessori trained and a qualified infant sleep consultant. I am very passionate about helping little ones to positively grow and develop. Music and singing are fantastic ways to help your children learn about the world around them in a fun and exciting way.
What to expect at Moo
I love to fill the sessions with lots of fun, laughter and smiles. Each session is based around a different theme, for example, day at the zoo, space adventure or seaside visit. Allowing the children to use a range of musical instruments, such as shakers and bells. As well as lots of different props, appropriate to the theme. We especially enjoy dressing up, bouncing balls on the parachute, catching bubbles and using the light up items. Baby moo is slightly calmer, with more sensory play and canopies. In mixed moo we use more action and movement songs.

There are honestly not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how amazing Kate is. I have been attending Moo Music with my two girls (now 4 and 2) for well over a year now and all three of us LOVE it! Kate puts so much thought, care and preparation into every session, knows all the children by name and her enthusiasm and love for what she does rubs off on anyone around her. We have also made some fantastic friends, now often extending the Moo Music class so we get more time to catch up altogether and have a strong bonded group too who have continued to meet up even after families have had to stop coming to Moo due to situations changing! I personally cannot thank Kate enough - Moo was the one activity that consistently got me out of the house during my second maternity leave; continues to raise the biggest of smiles for myself and the girls and has led me to finding some of the best people I could’ve hoped for! If you haven’t tried Moo yet…what are you waiting for!!

Absolutely LOVE Moo and Kate. Eadie is 2.5 years and we have been attending since she was 3 months old!!!!!!!! Kate is amazing. She carefully plans, preps and resources all sessions. These are inviting, fun and entertaining. Eadie and I adore our Thursday mornings with Kate, Maggie and the Moo crew. I would fully recommend Moo Music to anyone who is local who wants to become part of a friendly, happy and wonderful music session. Kate truly cares and enjoys every moment of the sessions!

Kate is fantastic!!! Moo music is great my daughter loves it but it wouldn’t be the same without Kate. We have been attending Moo Music since she was 3 months old and now she’s turning one in a week, she adores Kate, her presence and interaction with babies and small children is amazing, she channels a child led ethos in her approach to making relationships. She makes so many props for the sessions, which also are of high quality to ensure every child (and adult) has fun! She fully embraces the fun energetic moments to stimulate all the children’s gross motor development (driving in my race car) as well as more fine motor actions such as finger lights (ten little fingers) I cannot rate enough she’s warm friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. If you’re looking for music sessions for children she’s the only one you will ever need.
