Moo Music Norwich

Hi, I’m Jo. Welcome to Moo Music Norwich. We sing, we dance, we play…we have fun!

Moo Music is a great fun and interactive regular music session for 0 to 4 year old children and their parents, grandparents or carers too, where the children sing, dance and play. Music is an essential part of every child’s development and the 130 original Moo Music songs used at the sessions are positive, uplifting, fun and educational. The interactive sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way. It’s a great way to make new friends – both for the children and the adults too!

We prefer the personal approach so offer small classes – spaces are limited to 12 at each session.

We run different classes to suit different ages and stages:
Mixed Moo – 6 months to 4 years
Baby Moo – 0 to 9 months
Mini Moo – 9 to 18 months
Mooborn Moo and Brew

Baby Moo – This class is designed for babies to around 9 months. It’s a calmer class where you are able to socialise with like-minded grown ups, nurture and nourish your bond with your baby all whilst focusing on supporting their early development. We use instruments and sensory props to develop their visual and auditory tracking, muscle development and coax out lots of smile. We also dance and moove which aids their vestibular system, and we enjoy lots of multisensory exploration.

Mini Moo – This class is suitable for little ones who are confident sitters to wobbly walkers who are beginning to discover the world around them. We encourage moovement and exploration. Throughout sessions we develop fine and gross motor skills, hand eye coordination, cause and effect and support their own music making.

Mixed Moo – This is a more fast-paced, vibrant class best suited to little ones who are wobbly walkers/walking with support of an adult to pre-school age. The perfect class for siblings! We combine all the skills mentioned above and encourage independence both musically and through peer play. We focus on speech and language development, balance and coordination, numbers, shapes, colours, matching, counting, socialisation and turn taking.

Mooborn Moo and Brew
An hour long session where new mums and dads can meet other new parents in a relaxed environment. Each Moo and Brew includes a very gentle 15 minute Moo Music session, a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of homemade cake. Suitable for mooborns up to around 4 to 5 months old.
